Boca Raton's Holiday Street Parade - The Ins & Outs

There are a number of events around Palm Beach County this holiday season with another one Wednesday night.

The City of Boca Raton is holding its 48th annual Holiday Street Parade, themed "Sights and Sounds of Broadway" this year.  It's happening from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the route begins at Federal Highway and Southeast 5th Street.  The parade travels north toward Mizner Park Amphitheater with more than 70 floats and groups.

Traffic note: Federal Highway will close to vehicular traffic from Glades Road south to Camino Real beginning at 5 p.m. and it won't reopen until 11 p.m.  Expect other road closures in the Boca Raton area as well.
