Thursday night marks the unofficial kickoff of this year's South Florida Fair with the theme being "Superheroes."
The exhibits will open on Friday, but during the annual Ride-A-Thon, the midway is open and $20 gets you admission and unlimited rides.

Organizers hope you'll help the South Florida Fair establish the record for "Most People Dressed as Superheroes at a Fair." The first 500 people who show up dressed as their favorite superhero get free admission and a ride wristband, when they arrive before 7 p.m.
