Want Free Wings? Hope For Overtime In The Super Bowl

Buffalo Wild Wings

Overtime for the Super Bowl means free wings for you!

Buffalo Wild Wings has announced that if the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams wind up tied at the end of four quarters, thus heading into overtime, they will give free wings to customers two weeks later, despite what happens in overtime.  In other words, regardless of which team comes out victorious on Super Bowl Sunday, if the game heads into overtime, you and I win.

The promotion will be offered on February 18th and specifically the restaurant affectionately known by regulars as B-Dubs will be giving out a free snack-sized wing order per customer between 4 and 7 p.m.

Don't get too excited just yet, however!  There have been 52 Super Bowls played and only one has gone into overtime.  Of course, that WAS a game featuring the Patriots.  Super Bowl LI was the one two years ago in which New England came back from a 28-3 deficit to beat the Atlanta Falcons.
