The happiest place on Earth is making some changes regarding things guests can and cannot do.
There are currently "no-smoking" areas at Disney World's theme parks in Orlando, but not for long. Beginning May 1st, those designated smoking areas will be moved to outside the entrances of the parks.
Smoking will also be banned at Disney's water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the Disneyland theme parks in California. Designated smoking areas will also be established outside of the Disney Springs shopping and entertainment complex at the WDW resort.
Disney is also about to tighten the guidelines for stroller sizes with no strollers larger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long allowed at the parks as of May 1st. Stroller wagons will also be a no-go.
The next change has already occurred as of Thursday.
If you bring a cooler to store snacks and drinks into the parks, loose or dry ice are no longer allowed.
Re-useable ice packs will be permitted and Disney Parks Blog suggests that you can always visit any Quick-Service restaurant on property for complimentary cups of ice for your cooler. Cups of ice water are also available for free.
