The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is reaching out to veterans to make sure their addresses given to the facility are correct.
This as the Veterans Health Administration found inconsistencies with how the permanent mailing addresses of veterans are being updated and stored with hospitals around the country.
The VA says ensuring they have the correct information will allow patients to get health care related items like lab tests and prescriptions, along with disability compensation and pension benefits to the correct address.
