A 63-year old man was tasered after trying to avoid arrest while naked.
Residents in the western Panhandle called 911 to report a nude man walking around a neighborhood during a thunderstorm. A Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Deputy tried to apprehend the man, but he ran away. That's when the deputy fired his taser at Joseph Musso.
Musso told authorities that he receives sexual gratification by being naked in public. He faces a number of charges including lewd and lascivious behavior and exposure.
