Chinese National Back In Court In Mar-a-Lago Trespass Case

The woman accused of lying to gain access to Mar-a-Lago while the President was staying at his Palm Beach estate will be back in court today.

Prosecutors say it's possible that 32-year old Yujing Zhang, a Chinese national, was engaged in an attempt at espionage.

They cite the items she had with her at the time and what was found in her room at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. Zhang was carrying two Chinese passports, four cell phones and a thumb drive loaded with malware. In her hotel room, she had $8,000 in cash and a signal detector that can locate hidden cameras.

A judge is expected to decide whether Zhang will be granted bond.

Prosecutors want her kept behind bars claiming she is a flight risk.
