President Trump is touting U.S. energy production while lashing out at former Vice President Joe Biden.
Speaking at the Renewable Energy Summit in Council Bluffs, Iowa yesterday, Trump praised the state's production of corn-based ethanol fuel for helping to fuel the American economy.
Trump also went after the 2020 Democratic front-runner for mentioning his name repeatedly in a campaign speech. That was mentioned during the president’s speech at the America First Dinner, a Republican Party fundraiser, in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Biden, who was also in the Hawkeye State yesterday, called Trump's presidency an existential threat to the U.S.
The former Vice President said that while the U.S. may be able to survive four years of President Trump, another four years would change the nation’s values.
