The governor for the state of Montana, Steve Bullock, has suspended his 2020 presidential campaign. Bullock also announced that he has no intentions to run for the U.S. Senate.
Bullock mentioned in a statement, “While there were many obstacles we could not have anticipated when entering this race, it has become clear that in this moment, I won’t be able to break through to the top tier of this still-crowded field of candidates.”
The field is still jam packed with candidates. With 16 candidates still in play, the big names such as Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg headline the list.
