Judge Rules Venus Williams' Cell Phone Records Must Be Handed Over

A judge in the wrongful death suit against Venus Williams has ruled that the attorney for the tennis star must hand over her cell phone records.

The lawsuit stems from a crash that happened just outside the BallenIsles development in Palm Beach Gardens last year.

Two weeks after the accident, the 78-year old passenger of the other car died from blunt force trauma.

Jerome Barson's wife filed suit against Williams, who has given a sworn statement that she wasn't using her iPhone at the time of the crash.

She was cleared by police.
