Manpower’s out with its first quarter hiring update and the news is fantastic. Better still, it’s best in Florida. Here are a few highlights...
- All 13 industries/sectors are increasing hiring
- Top three sectors are utilities, leisure & hospitality and professional business services (hiring up 25% plus year over year with all three)
- The top four locations for job growth in the country are in Florida
That’ll work right (lame pun intended)? Those four Florida locales are... Jacksonville, Tampa, Cape Coral and Deltona at number one nationally. It’s especially cool to see that the recent trend of Floridians not having to leave the state for great careers after school is continuing in a big way.
