ST. PETERSBURG FL -- The ban on cruises to Cuba caught the mayor of St. Petersburg off guard.
Rick Kriseman took a dozen relatives on a Norwegian Cruise Lines trip to Cuba... but they were turned away.
Kriseman, a Democrat, says President Trump's response to Cuba shows an "incoherent" foreign policy, compared to his dealings with North Korea and Russia. His office issued a statement in response to a story by the Tampa Bay Times.
