- Trump National Doral will play host to next year’s G7 June 10th-12th
- Governor DeSantis announced Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity will receive between $317 to $633 million in federal relief funds related to hurricane Michael recovery efforts. Money will be used to harden utilities and critical infrastructure in high risk areas.
- Spirit Airlines announced a $250 million project in Dania Beach for its corporate headquarters. It will relocate 1,000 employees from Miramar to the Dania Beach headquarters upon completion
- Tropical Storm Nester will make landfall in the panhandle tomorrow morning. Tropical storm force winds extend out 115 miles from the center and it’s expected to bring up to 5 inches of rain to parts of northern Florida.
