The case of a Mexican telenova star accused of deadly road rage is expected back in a Miami-Dade court today.

Pablo Lyle is facing manslaughter and felony battery charges after he was caught on video delivering a deadly punch to a man's face outside their vehicles.

Lyle says he was defending himself and protecting his family, but the judge rejected his Stand Your Ground defense.
