We're learning new information about a Treasure Coast man who was arrested last week on multiple sexual battery charges.
The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday announced that the body of 49-year old Kathleen Black was found in the trunk of Kano Brown's car.
The 29-year old man was arrested on charges unrelated to the death of Black after the owners of an apartment where he was busted asked his family to pick up the vehicle.
Brown's relatives discovered Black's decomposing body in the trunk and called authorities.
Sheriff Ken Mascara is asking anyone who has had interaction with Brown to call 772-462-3230. He's concerned there are more victims.
He referred to Brown as a "serial rapist" and said that he hopes "we're not dealing with a serial murderer."
