But she worries distance learning or a hybrid schedule will lead to disparity issues for students who have no access to wifi in their homes. The School Board will present its reopening plan on Wednesday. United Teachers of Dade have until 5 this afternoon to vote on their new contract giving teachers a 47-thousand-500-dollar starting salary.
