LISTEN: USF Survey Finds Strong Support for Mask Mandate, School Closures

TAMPA -- A new survey by the University of South Florida claims those who oppose wearing masks, and mask mandates, are in the minority.

USF's College of Public Health surveyed 600 Floridians in late July and early August and found 87 percent support for a statewide mandate. It also found wide margins of support for closing schools, and a majority for re-closing restaurants, bars and beaches.

But Floridians are closely split on banning political rallies.
