A crash in Boca Raton on Sunday may be related to a shooting on Saturday in Boynton Beach.
Police were pursuing a vehicle near the intersection of Glades Road and St. Andrews Boulevard, when the vehicle crashed. Boca Raton Police say that two people ran from the car after the accident and were picked up by another vehicle. One person was taken into custody.
The three are believed to have been involved in a shooting that happened along Northwest 11th Avenue in Boynton Beach on Saturday afternoon.
A woman who was injured in that shooting has been released from the hospital
