Home prices in Palm Beach County hit a record high in February.
That's according to a report issued this week, which shows the median price for a single family home was $450,000. That was a 24 percent increase over February of 2020.
The median price for condos and townhomes was $236,000, good for a 24.9 percent year-over-year increase.
Broward County home prices also hit record highs last month.
