The last day of operation for the mass vaccination site at the South Florida Fairgrounds is underway.
The site opened in February and was the largest in the county when two others were operating in Palm Beach Gardens and Delray Beach.
The Health Care District of Palm Beach County will give out 800 final second doses of Pfizer.
The county is shifting to its mobile units that target specific areas.
The unit at the Lantana clinic on Southwinds Drive will remain until June 4th on weekdays, except for Memorial Day Monday. There will also be mobile units in Lake Worth Beach this weekend. They offer the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
