FLAGLER BEACH -- Four young sea turtles are back in the ocean after six months of recovery from January's cold weather.
Biologists with the Florida Aquarium in Tampa released a loggerhead and three juvenile green sea turtles at Flagler Beach, not far from where they were rescued six months ago. Senior biologist Rachel Thomas says they expect to make more rescues in coming years as conservation efforts increase the sea turtle population.
These are among the first patients at the aquarium's rehab facility, which opened in January.
