Installation ceremonies on tap for the five newly sworn-in Miami-Dade Commissioners. Chairman Oliver Gilbert says it's a time to celebrate but the new board has a ton to tackle, first and foremost the FTX Arena naming rights fiasco. He says they have retained counsel and will be able to re-sell the naming rights. He says once they re-sell, the county will recoup its funding.The new board will also have to solve other issues like mass transit, the housing crisis and resiliency.
