A band volunteer at Miami Carol City Senior High School has been arrested,charged with fondling a 17 year old student. According to the arrest report, the alleged incident happened Sept. 21.
Miami-Dade Police report that the girl was feeling ill and went to an empty private practice room.
A short time later, 24 year old band volunteer Malachi Cheeseborough, entered the room and started rubbing her thighs, the girl said, according to the report.
He's charged with unlawful sex with a minor.
