Jewish activists joining ten Miami-Dade Mayors holding a news conference this morning denouncing antisemitism on the last day of Chanukah. Maor Elbaz-Starinsky, Consul General of Israel in Miami, says antisemitism had been on the rise locally, nationally and internationally before October 7th. He says it's not helping that cries from Anti-Israel and Jewish protesters calling for the death of Jews are falling on deaf ears at some colleges and Universities failing to condemn calls for genocide. Local leaders are now calling for solidarity in the fight against hate.
