Three teenagers are facing charges after blocking roads in Miami-Dade County. Miami-Dade Police arrested a total of six people for an intersection takeover yesterday in Miami at Biscayne Boulevard and 2nd Street. Video shows one man doing donuts while a crowd watches. The charges include reckless driving, drag racing and fleeing police. Police also seized a gun and a stolen car.
