A joint meeting between the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County being held at the County Transportation Planning Organization to try and get to an agreement of the expansion of the Rapid Transit Zone. Miami-Dade Commissioner Raquel Regalado says the properties are within the city of Miami, but the county is in control of the zoning. She says the goal is to come up with a reasonable path forward that will also set the stage for further expansions.
