Civil Rights Attorney Demands Charges Be Dropped Against Man Shot By Police

Famed civil rights attorney Ben Crump going to the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office this morning asking all charges be dropped against Donald Armstrong. Crump says the 47-year-old was having a mental breakdown in Liberty City last month when he was tasered to the ground before being shot multiple times, leaving him paralyzed. Armstrong is being held without bond on aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence charges. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating.
