Marathon, FL - A Delray Beach teen faces criminal mischief charges for allegedly throwing food and causing over $500 in damage to a Florida Keys restaurant.
Authorities say Dominic Steven Davis was arrested on criminal mischief charges after an incident that caused over $500 in damage.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), deputies responded to a report of a group disrupting a restaurant in Marathon on Saturday night.
The manager of the Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House reported that a group, including Davis, engaged in a food fight, throwing bread and butter at the restaurant's recently painted walls and ceiling.
The manager, determined to hold those responsible accountable, pressed charges.
MCSO deputies located Davis during a routine traffic stop on Sunday morning and arrested him.
He was booked into the Monroe County Jail on charges of property damage.
