Moving Company Collects Donations For Homeless Moms Ahead Of Mother's Day

Two Men And A Truck Palm Beach is collecting items for mothers in need across our area.

It's part of the "Movers for Moms" campaign that's held each year ahead of Mother's Day, which is next Sunday, May 12.

There are about a dozen businesses in Palm Beach County that are collecting donations of things like soap, hair styling products, shampoos and conditioners, pillows, blankets, slippers and clothing. Those items will be distributed to mothers who are living in shelters to ensure they have a nice Mother's Day.

Two Men And A Truck estimates that 60 percent of homeless women in America are mothers.

Two Men And A Truck Palm Beach, the "movers who care," will deliver local donations to Hannah's Home in Tequesta and YWCA's Harmony House in West Palm Beach.
