Tracking Trump - Executive Orders & SCOTUS:

Bottom Line: Through the Monday we had a total of 18 executive orders from President Trump. Tuesday didn't bring about any new executive orders but as we know it brought much bigger news with the SCOTUS pick...

The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals has been manned by Neil Gorsuch since 2006 and he's the President's choice for the United States Supreme Court. In his 2006 confirmation vote he was unanimously confirmed in the United States Senate. Of particular interest are the notable Democrats who voted for Gorsuch in 2006.

Florida's current senior senator Bill Nelson &

The two previous US Secretary's of state and former Vice-President and President:

Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Barrack Obama

And those who've assumed leadership roles with Democrats in the US Senate currently: Ron Wyden and Minority leader Chuck Schumer

So...It's notable that prior to the announcement Ron Wyden stated that the Democrats would use "every level" to oppose the pick – whoever it was (that's real open-minded right?) and Chuck Schumer will now be leading the Democrats opposition effort. So here's the question...Is Neil Gorsuch a worthy judge? If the argument is made that he's unfit to serve, the aforementioned Democrats (along with the others that voted unanimously for him) would clearly be saying that they lack proper judgment in these matters generally (can't have it both ways). More...to...come...
