West Palm Beach Police are looking for a man who stole a catering truck during an armed carjacking this morning.
It happened around 5:30 at a shopping plaza at the corner of Haverhill and Roebuck Roads.
Cops say the victim was shot and the suspect, described as a black male, took off in the truck.
He later ditched the truck in an area off 45th Street and Congress Avenue, right outside the gates to iHeartMedia.
The victim was taken to the hospital and his condition is unknown.
Police have closed off Embarcadero Street for about a block in the area because the truck is leaking propane.
Firefighters have hosed down the vehicle and police and investigating it.
