Drivers with three or more unpaid parking citations in Lake Worth may soon find a boot on their vehicles.
The City Commission, in a 4 to 1 vote, approved on first reading Tuesday night, more strict enforcement for folks who have multiple unpaid parking tickets that are more than 15 days old.
The city's parking operations manager says there are more than 100 vehicles in Lake Worth which are in that situation now and some of the vehicle owners owe more than $5,000.
