Upscale Bowling, Movie, Dining Center Coming To Abacoa

Bowling Pins

Jupiter's town council last night gave approval to build an entertainment center at Abacoa.  The CineBowl and Grille will have 12 movie screens, 20 lanes of bowling and two restaurants.

It will go up in a grass field where the old Crown movie theater once stood.  It was closed in 2006 and later torn down.

Folks opposing the project are concerned about parking.  The town will have the option of building a parking garage.  CineBowl will be operated by Frank Entertainment Companies...the same business that runs Revolutions bowling alley at CityPlace and a CineBowl in west Delray Beach.  The plan is to have the Abacoa location open by Thanksgiving of 2018.
