Excerpt: We want to pretend that sports are a safe sanctuary from the world's ugly problems, but that has always been a farce. Truth is, not even the glorious game of football can keep America's toxic culture of bigotry, hate and violence at bay. While this national conversation continues, ESPN decided to avoid evoking the chaos during a live broadcast.
Two quick thoughts. First, if our culture is a toxic culture of bigotry, hate and violence what's keeping you here? No one's forcing you to stay. Some of us actually love this country despite efforts by people like you to undermine it. Second, we're now to believe that a reporter of Asian decent with the name Robert Lee covering a college football game now logically leads to chaos? Who are the bigots here again?

The material here is amazing and wonderful in it's absurdity simultaneously. Once again, if you look at these through the prism of Donald Trump being President, and more elected Republicans serving in the United States since the 1920's...it's pretty hilarious! The air of desperation, advocacy and instructions for their "resistance" is comical. These people really do take themselves completely seriously!
