HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (CBS12) — The Agency for Health Care Administration has issued an emergency suspension order on the license of the Rehabilitation Center of Hollywood Hills, where nine people died after Hurricane Irma knocked out the facility's air conditioning.
The facility will no longer be able to operate as a nursing home and will be prohibited from admitting patients.
Their Medicaid participation has also been terminated.
