Both the White House and the NRA are open to finding solutions on bump stocks after the Las Vegas mass shooting.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says they will consider a review of the devices that allow semi-automatic guns to fire similar to automatic weapons. A dozen bump stocks were found at the scene of the shooting that left 58 people dead and hundreds more wounded.
The National Rifle Association released a statement calling on an immediate review of bump stocks and potentially tighter regulations of the devices.

Investigators say the shooter, Stephen Paddock, looked into hotel rooms near other large events in Boston and Chicago. These include one at a hotel that he booked, but didn't show up for, in Chicago during last summer's Lollapalooza Music Festival.
There is still no known motive for the massacre in Vegas.
Meanwhile, a Las Vegas police officer and former Army veteran was honored last night by friends and fellow officers after he died while rescuing a number of people during the shooting.
