It's almost implausible to think that someone could advance that idea and not see how incredibly absurd it is. The utter lack of cluelessness and ignorance is also part of the special sauce that's instructive as to how vein and grotesque the GSS media really is. After all, why would the generals know what they're doing when "military experts" are concerned they don't. I'd laugh except they take themselves seriously and sadly there are people who consume this bunk and think they're on to something. Btw, the author is this masterpiece is one of those "experts". Why, well he's written a book on military stuff. And his lead expert for this piece, get ready for it is this guy: Eliot Cohen, director of the Strategic Studies Program at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.
If you're speechless as to how that guy knows more about the military than the generals - I'm ready to puke too.
