Hot Take: This isn't funny, the story itself isn't absurd. In fact, and I mean this with absolute sincerity...I couldn't be more excited for him because I'm thrilled for us. Robert Avossa's tenure has been the least transparent administration I've ever experienced in any school district I've covered in my career. His tenure included a gas smuggling operation with district employees stealing gas at tax payer expense that's still unresolved. A scandal where bus drivers colluded to call in sick to avoid obtaining performance bonuses to remain on government assistance programs that was tolerated and the granddaddy of them all the marketing scam presented as the "Penny Sales Tax" in which he used tax payer money, school district children and our public schools to perpetuate a 16.7% sales tax increase as a penny tax sales tax in an effort to misinform as many voters as possible to achieve a ten year multi-billion dollar money grab at the expense of the voters he intended to mislead. What's more is that he ducked planned interviews with me/us on multiple occasions as he realized he'd have to account for the facts of the proposal and has made himself virtually inaccessible to all but those who are willful lemmings in local media. So goodbye, good riddance and don't let the door hit you on the way out.
I don't know who's next but it'd hard for Palm Beach County to do worse.

Hot Take: Here's the irony. Based on the 30 facts in the memo that have yet to be disputed, a conspiracy worse than Watergate occurred - against Donald Trump. At a time in which it appears that the Justice Department and FBI were/are corrupt in an effort to usurp our Presidential Election, President-Elect and President - you have elements counting on people to be ignorant to the grand conspiracy while asserting it's the victim who's corrupt. This is another reminder that we must have those responsible brought to justice. For those who've only consumed the lies perpetuated by certain media outlets and omitting of the corruption carried out against voters and President Trump it's needed for the truth to finally be shown in a way that even these GSS types can't ignore.
