The brother of Nikolas Cruz faces a trespassing charge after 18-year old Zachary Cruz was arrested yesterday for going onto the campus of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, despite warnings to stay away. Broward County Sheriff’s deputies say Cruz bypassed all locked doors and gates and began riding his skateboard through school grounds. He told authorities that he wanted to reflect on the shooting and “soak it in.” Students are unhappy about this and taking to social media to claim they feel no safer now than on Valentine’s Day, when 17 students and staffers were murdered. Meanwhile, Zachary Cruz was released from jail on bond this morning.

PARKLAND, Fla. (CBS 12) — The brother of the accused Marjory Stoneman Douglas school shooter was arrested Monday for trespassing on the campus where last month’s tragic shooting occurred.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Cruz for trespassing at the Parkland school.
BSO says Zahary Cruz was given warnings to not enter the school campus prior to this incident.
Cruz bypassed all locked doors and gates and began riding his skateboard through school grounds, say deputies.
