SEBRING, Fla. (CBS12) — A Highlands County hotel received an unwelcome guest after a gator was spotted walking in the hallways.
The Sheriff's Office posted a video on Twitter, which shows the gator walking past hotel rooms at a Quality Inn in Sebring.
Trappers then safely secured the gator and took it off hotel property.
Not sure if this little guy got locked out of his room at the Quality Inn in Sebring today or what. Maybe he was looking for the tiki bar to get a margatorita, but he didn't look like he was old enough to drink and didn't have any ID in his alligator skin wallet. pic.twitter.com/8AU7KwFj28— Highlands Co Sheriff (@HighCoSheriff) April 15, 2018
