Hysterical Headlines (Funny or Absurd) for May 24th – Media's preferred profile & a shocking dose of reality from unlikely sources
Bottom Line: Your daily doses of nonsense in the media and my takes on them...
Hot Take: Right because you don't have blonde hair or blue eyes and look the way the institutionally racist news media wants you to look for the camera. I've said it my entire career. As recently as March I covered this topic. Here's an excerpt from my story on human trafficking: That's an average of 22 people, predominantly children, who went missing per day in the country.
73%: sex trafficked
14%: labor trafficked
4%: both
86% of victims are female. But here's the thing. The reason you don't hear the stories, know the faces, aren't aware of the human tragedy going on around us. 81% of the victims are minorities and the overwhelming majority of white victims are adults.
Leftists in the media like to pretend that they're the compassionate ones but when you get down to brass tax their true colors show.
Robert Mueller, You're Starting to Scare Me Frank Bruni, New York Times
A Democratic Watergate Is Unfolding Before Our Eyes Adriana Cohen, Boston Herald
Hot Take: In the case of these two stories it's not that the stories are absurd and they're certainly not funny. It's that it's taken this long. But it's better to find the truth latter than never. Consider for a moment. Those two headlines, those two stories, are from the New York Times and the Boston Herald...and boom goes the dynamite!
Until Tomorrow...
