Hysterical Headlines (Funny or Absurd) for June 25th
Bottom Line: Your daily doses of nonsense in the media and my takes on them...
Hot Take: What's more absurd... Parents attempting to smuggle newborns into to the United States, the assertion that newborns should be jailed with adults or the fact that this unfortunate outcome has been taking place for 63 years, as needed, and is only being discussed now? If American citizens who are parents break the law and are jailed do we place newborns in jail with them? Anyone think that's really a good idea? When parents break the law children unfortunately suffer. It's not our government's fault that these parents have chosen to break the law putting themselves, their children and our border patrol officials in harms way. Everyone loses when that happens.
All of Trump's Scandals Are Above Average Jill Lawrence, USA Today
Hot Take: Thanks to the deep-state and biased media – that's true but they have nothing on the Obama administrations scandals that included Uranium One, the Bengazi cover up, Solyndra and incompetent – politically motivated DOJ, FBI and State Department. They weren't above average. They were above Watergate.
Thanks to President Trump, jobs, wages and the economy are now above average too.
