Hysterical Headlines for August 3rd – Interceptions and Russian pop stars

Bottom Line: Your daily doses of nonsense in the media and my takes on them...

Excerpt: Thundering that the media is the "fake, fake disgusting news," President Donald Trump unleashed a torrent of grievances Thursday at a Pennsylvania campaign rally in which he cast journalists as his true political opponent.

Hot Take: Well let's see. According to the Media Research Center 91% of news coverage of his administration is negative. This while we have the best economy in a generation with record low unemployment in minority groups and a much safer country after progress against ISIS, with North Korea and Syria. 44% fewer Americans trust the news media today compared to just a year ago and only 21% of Americans have confidence in news media according to Gallup. So, what's the question here again? What's fake – this economy, the foreign policy progress or your coverage of it? Can you say... Fake News!

Hot Take: Hmm... Because what difference would it make?

Hot Take: Finally, he's getting down to business the real smoking gun... You really can't make this stuff up. Desperate is as desperate does comes to mind.

Until Tomorrow...
