Early Voting For August 18 Primary Gets Underway In Palm Beach County

Early voting gets underway Monday for the August 18 primary.

There are 18 sites throughout Palm Beach County, where you can go cast a ballot between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. through Sunday, August 16.

Locations include several county library branches like at FAU Palm Beach Gardens campus, the main branch of the county library on Summit in West Palm Beach, the West Boca library branch.

Voters will need a valid ID including their photo and signature.

The Supervisor of Elections says if you have a vote-by-mail ballot and you don't want to mail it, you can drop it off at any one of the early voting sites. You'll find what's being called a "secure drop box" where you can drop it in, rather than dropping it in the mail.

For Martin County residents, early voting begins on Saturday.
