  • The Florida Education Association’s lawsuit, first filed in the Miami-Dade court system, was moved to the Leon County Court which customarily hears state cases. A hearing in the lawsuit, attempting to prevent any classroom education in Florida for the foreseeable future, has been scheduled for Thursday.
