State Approves Palm Beach County School Board's Plan For Reopening

The Florida Department of Education has officially approved the Palm Beach County School District's Reopening plan.

Superintendent Donald Fennoy tweeted Tuesday night that state approved the plan approved by the school board last week gives parents the option to return students to school or keep them home once Palm Beach County enters Phase 2, as opposed to the prior plan that would have brought kids back in a staggered approach.

The new school year starts on August 31st with distance-learning only.
