  • Governor DeSantis approved Palm Beach County’s limited Phase 2 reopening which will allow for the reopening of bowling alleys, movie theaters and other daytime entertainment venues next Tuesday. Bars and “nightlife” entertainment venues will remain closed.
  • Palm Beach County’s School District has agreed to allow for classroom education options five days after Palm Beach County enters Phase 2. That would potentially set a tentative September 14th start date.
  • SeaWorld is offering Florida’s teachers free unlimited entry through 2021. Teachers should pre-register using the ID.me process and will be provided with a Teacher Card eVoucher which can be used at the park. Private school teachers are directed to provide a letter from the principal on school letterhead and a photo ID.
  • The University of Florida announced 17,000 fans will be allowed to attend home football games at The Swamp. Social distancing will be used and no tailgating will be allowed.
