Palm Beach County's sheriff has been sworn in for an unprecedented fifth term.
Ric Bradshaw is now the county's longest-serving sheriff, in his 17th year.
He won 65 percent of the vote in November, against a former PBSO captain, but Bradshaw won't take all of the credit.
"The truth is it's about the level of commitment, the level of service that the men and women of this organization give to this community."
He praised his staff for what they've done in the neighborhoods, especially during the pandemic.
"Making sure people get those tests done, making sure they get the injections, making sure they got food on their table."
Major Ron Mattino served as master of ceremonies and praised Bradshaw's leadership, crediting him for improving the agency's technology and reforming its use of force policy, including the banning of chokeholds.
