Heads up for a road closure in Boca Raton.
I-95 Northbound will be closed for several hours two nights this week as part of a project to add express lanes along the Interstate.
Beginning at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, all northbound traffic will be shutting down at Yamato Road and the lanes won't reopen until 5:30 a.m. Thursday. The same thing happens again on Thursday night at 9 p.m. until Friday morning at 5:30 a.m.
Northbound drivers will be detoured to Congress Avenue during the shut downs.
The construction is underway at the Clint Moore Road overpass. Clint Moore has been closed for a stretch since March. It's not expected to reopen until next year.
