Top Three Takeaways – July 19th, 2021

  1. The criminals are coming to Florida. Remember when Kayne West found a way to make Austin Powers cringe? I’m pretty sure George Bush liked Black people after all. In fact, Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice even liked him. But it’s increasingly clear that, channeling my inner Kayne, Joe Biden doesn’t like Cuban people. At least that’s how it appears. But he’ll take anyone else illegally. While the Biden administration continues to do nothing to help Cubans in desperate need in real-time – except sending out Cuban sellout, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, to say this... One cannot take to the sea and come to the United States. It won't work. While also saying anyone trying will be returned. But hey, if you’re not starving, abused and persecuted by communists and you can wander across our southern border and can come right in. In fact, we’ll even ask you where you want to go and send your there. That’s exactly what the criminals are doing. On Saturday, Governor DeSantis traveled to Texas to visit the 50 law enforcement professionals assisting with Biden’s border crisis. After meeting with officials, he had this stunning statement to make. Seventy percent of the people they have interdicted said their ultimate destination is the state of Florida. This is something that every time there’s a wave across that border, I’m not saying it’s 70% in every single part of the border, but for here, it’s the majority. Wow, that’s a wakeup call which further validates Florida’s effort to attempt to prevent illegal immigration in the first place. And Texas Governor Greg Abbott had this to say of the spike in crime in Texas resulting from the surge in illegal immigration. What happens at the border may be happening here today, but it will be happening in these other states tomorrow or next week or next month. The criminals are coming...and mostly to Florida. We’re literally paying to import criminals across our southern border but can’t assist Cubans desperate for freedom and aid 90 miles south of us.
  2. The summer spike. Yeah, it’s here. On Saturday, Florida had 8,490 new COVID-19 cases reported. The most since April 13th and second highest total since January. The summer surge in coronavirus cases is here and it’s the most pervasive it’s been in months. It's worth being mindful and careful – even if you’ve been vaccinated.
  3. You’re killing me Smalls. This isn’t about the virus, though it’s related. This isn’t about The Sandlot, though baseball’s been a victim. Media’s bias of omission is proving to be a double-edge sword for President Biden and many leftists. When you’re repeatedly allowed to spread bat crap crazy stuff without being called out. The bat crap itself tends to become even...crappier. Hence Biden’s Facebook is “killing people” comment. Not only is it stunning that the President of the United States said of social media platforms like Facebook...They’re killing people. I mean they really, look, the only pandemic we have is among the unvaccinated, and that’s -- they’re killing people. First, imagine how this would have been covered if President Trump had said something to this effect...which by the way, even in his most controversial tweeting he never did. Once again aren’t you thrilled those uncouth tweets are gone? This is really much better, isn’t it? Second, this is a platform which literally de-platformed President Trump, along with Twitter. For over a year they silenced questions on its platform as to if COVID-19 escaped from the Wuhan Lab and only changed their stance on the censoring of the topic when the Biden administration determined it’s potentially how it happened. This is a platform which just last week Jen Psaki, of the Jen Psaki drinking game, tripped up and told the truth over the extent of the corruption and collusion between the Biden administration and Facebook. I mean the only thing Facebook hasn’t been for over a year is directly state-run media. Maybe that’s what Biden wants?
